The short version: Use Morgana for its intended purpose, don't abuse it, and understand it's an AI tool — review its decisions before acting on them. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By creating an account or using Morgana, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Morgana is an AI-powered email assistant. It reads your inbox, categorizes emails, and generates draft replies on your behalf. All AI-generated outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any draft reply or act on any triage decision.
Morgana integrates with Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), and Slack. By connecting these services you authorize Morgana to access them on your behalf within the OAuth scopes you grant. You can revoke this access at any time from the respective provider's account settings.

Morgana is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, Microsoft, Firebase, Render), or unexpected failures may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
Morgana is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties that the service will be error-free, that AI decisions will be accurate, or that draft replies will be appropriate for your use case. Use your judgment before acting on any AI-generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morgana and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to losses from incorrect email triage, draft replies sent in error, or service unavailability.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which immediately terminates the service and deletes all your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Morgana after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Morgana operates.
